Be happy on purpose!

Certainly, the name of this book has always intrigued me.  People often think of happiness as something you either have or you don't.  Or people will think they will only be happy if something big happens (i.e. fall in love or get the dream job).  I think it is extremely important to learn how to be happy without those things.  How do you this?  Ask Diana Fletcher, of course!

“Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know.”
Ernest Hemingway (all right so this quote isn't really helpful but I really like it)

"Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present."
Jim Rohn (there we go; that is more appropriate)
