The world will not end if you set boundaries for yourself and others.
There have been a lot of messages on saying no, so I will not dwell too much on this one. I have never really been used for anything, mostly because I am not skilled at anything that helps anyone. My sister, on the other hand, is remarkably good at both cooking and make up so people (me) often use her for this. Maybe this message is more for her than me.
