Really listen to other people's ideas. It is important to open your mind up in new ways.
I really don't think I am guilty of being bossy. If anything, I need to learn how to speak out more with my ideas, though I think I am becoming better at that. Anyway, bossy people are just plain obnoxious. Don't be one of those people.
