March 23

It takes around 21-28 days to establish a new habit.  Pick a new habit to develop and work on it gradually.


I choose

  • exercising two days a week for one hour
  • I will do this by making exercise plans with my friend at the beginning of every week
  • For this week: track on Thursday, Wii sports on Tuesday
