Start going to bed earlier. It will influence how you deal with life's little annoyances.
I go to bed at approximately 11:30 every night and I really love it actually. That is the time that I get to watch movies which (as you may have noticed) is one of my main hobbies. Last night, for instance, I stayed up late to finish an obscure Scandinavian movie, Zero Kelvin. I do agree that it can influence how you deal with people. I think you need to figure out how much sleep you need and then find a way to make it work.
