Don't be afraid to suggest peaceful solutions.
First of all, I asked Brie yesterday to update but she still hasn't so I apologize. I am seeing her tomorrow so I can harass her then. Until then, you are stuck listening to me.
I am never that person in an argument that tries to end it. I know that is bad, but I personally love debates. I think as long as they are not personal it is fun to test your opinion by contrasting it with someone else's. However, if an argument is getting out of control, I don't think you should be afraid to walk away. Look at what happens to The Real Housewives.
