June 24

Plan your meals ahead of time so you don't end up eating junk.


I have mentioned before that I am counting calories so I have been pretty good about planning meals.  My biggest concern is protein since I am a vegetarian.  I think this is especially important when you go to restaurant.  Plan how much you are going to eat beforehand so you are not just shoving in bread (not that that ever happens to me)...
