June 22

Today, think about your sleep and eating habits.  Are you preparing yourself for a time that you might need to be strong and healthy?


I have actually been counting calories lately and have lost 3.4 pounds.  I highly recommend this method for even though I am losing weight I still get to eat ice cream on a daily basis (this is very important to me).  I also have been getting a good amount of sleep and I feel great.  Of course, I should probably exercise more since I can't get on the elliptical machine for more than fifteen minutes without craving death.  Small steps...
